Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Palliative bulky tumors, radio-resistant tumors such as sarcoma, etc., which do not respond well to conventional radiotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If a large and radiation-resistant tumor is located close to a sensitive normal tissue , such as the optic nerve and the spinal cord, it is excluded. In this study, there is a one-week interval between Grid therapy and conventional radiotherapy. If this duration is not feasible for the patient due to his/her bad performance, the patient will be excluded from this study and just conventional radiotherapy will be considered for the patient.
