Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1.Age from 45 to 70 years 2.Severity of knee Osteoarthritis ranging from 1 to 3 using kellgren Lawrence scale. 3.The WOMAC score should be at least 25. 4.Pain severity should be 5 or more according to numerical rating scale. 5.The target knee is the more painful knee or the knee with more symptoms. If symptoms are similar in both sides the right knee will be considered as the target. 6.All patients fulfill the American College of Rheumatology criteria for knee Osteoarthritis,including both clinical and Radiographical signs of Osteoarthritis. according to this criterion, the diagnosis of Osteoarthritis is confirmed by the presence of items 1, 2 or 1, 3, 5, 6 or 1, 4, 5, 6 from the following list: 1. Knee pain for most days of previous month 2. Osteophytes at joint margins on radiographs 3. Synovial fluid typical of osteoarthritis (laboratory) 4. Age 40 years or older 5. Crepitus on active joint motion 6. Morning stiffness lasting 30 min or less Exclusion criteria: 1.Other muscluskeletal problems associated with knee joint such as RA and other Rheumatic diseases. 2.History of trauma , accident or surgery in the study knee. 3.Other chronic or systemic disease such as diabetes ,thyroid disease. 4.patients received physiotherapy treatment for their knees in the preceding 3 month. 5.Arthroplasty in each of the Lower Extremity joints or other painful conditions. 6.wound in the target knee. 7.Skin disease. 8.Joint fluid extraction, intra articular knee injection, PRP in the last six month. 9.Frequent use of NASIDs or other analgesics
