45 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Earn at least 15 points from the Cooperman Index Having primary and higher education Ability to participate in group therapy sessions and willingness to cooperate be Iranian

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a history of hysterectomy or oophorectomy Having a history of breast cancer Hormone therapy or use of selective serotonin receptor blockers or estrogen receptor modulating drugs Using psychiatric medication or seeing a behavioral specialist in the last 6 months Existence of a history of neurological and mental illness and substance abuse The occurrence of great stress in the last 6 months, such as the loss of loved ones and divorce
