Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: patient with renal colic , age between 18 -55 years old Exclusion criteria: allergy to morphine and paracetamol , fever , pregnant , history of addiction , instability of vital signs , liver function disease , renal function disease , renal transplant
