Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: aged over 18 years. Diagnosis of type 2 diabetes by your doctor. Being treated with insulin regular and NPH. Having at least reading and writing literacy. Awareness of time and place and person. Lack of mental and communicative disorders? Exclusion criteria: Patient illness or death during research. Exacerbation of symptoms and the need for hospitalization
