Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA class 1,2 Elective Craniotomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: previous craniotomy pregnancy morbid obesity(BMI>40) Na>160 Hb<10 Patients treated with hyperosmotic fluids 24 hours before surgery

Pulse pressure variation. Timepoint: Every 20 min. Method of measurement: Advance Hemodynamic Monitoring.;Stroke volume variation. Timepoint: Every 20 min. Method of measurement: Advance Hemodynamic Monitoring.
