Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Gestational diabetes based on evidence in a health record? at least 6 months after delivery? Having specificed and clear telephone and cell phone numbers? Having the ability reading and writing?Lack of being specific chronic disease and mental disease?Lack of a sorrowful event such as death of close relatives in the late of six months; ? Lack of skeletal problems for doing exercise Exclusion criteria: Relocation and lack of access to samples? Absence of more than two training sessions?receiving of extra training in the case of postpartum caring? in spite of the research method which were asked from the sample.
