Intervention 1: Intervention group: We prescribe 3 milligram Melatonin every night for 12 weeks. Intervention 2: In control group: We prescribe placebo for 12 weeks.

18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: multiple sclerosis with Mc.donald score; 18 to 50 years; ?Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS) ??0 to 5.5. Exclusion criteria: pregnancy; ?use pulse Corticosteroids drug in 6 months ago;lack of routine monitoring of ?patients; attack during the study; Antioxidant use in the last 3 months
