Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non-allergenic to clove extract Having informed consent (patient care) to participate in the research The age group is 14-4 years old Do not use analgesics or drugs before hemodialysis No inflammation or thrombosis at the injection site

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: acute complications during the intervention Departing from parents or patients to continue working with this research project Changes in clinical condition and patient's bad mood during Hemodialysis If the patient uses another method to reduce pain
