Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients Undergoing cesarean section. Exclusion criteria: EMR Patients with organic problem; history of hypersensivity to bupivacaine; Patients with BMI more than 40; Patients who received analgesia previous day; history of liver problem or kidney disease or coagolopaty.

MeasureTime frame
Pain. Timepoint: 2, 4, 18, 24, 36 after block at rest and cough. Method of measurement: Based on VAS visual criteria.
