Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Neonates admitted to Amirkabir and Taleghani hospitals in Arak with an indication ?of antibiotic therapy with aminoglycosides Exclusion criteria: cognitive and congenital hearing and ear diseases; history of receiving ototoxic ?drugs (especially Gentamicin and Amikacin); underlying congenital diseases such ?as kidney disorders, urinary tract and tubular
