Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Forty or higher score from social anxiety questionnaire Exclusion criteria: using medication related to a mental health disorder; suffering from a chronic physical disease; attending other therapy sessions simultaneously; absence more than two sessions
