Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ankle sprain grade I and II; pain in inside and outside ankle; limitation of ankle ?movements; ecchymosis in ankle; 20 to 50 years old patients. Exclusion criteria: joint disease include osteonecrosis; joint infections; arthritis; psoriasis; rheumatoid ?arthritis; muscular neuromuscular disease; diabetes; soft tissue rheumatism; osteoporosis approved ?or treated; history of surgery and fracture in the foot; Long-term use of drugs that affect musculo ?skeletal system; addiction; achilles tendon injuries; ankle fracture
