Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Iclusion Criteria: bachelor's degree or higher; having at least one year of experience in the NICU section; personal and informed consent. Exclusion Criteria: Failure to participate in one or both sessions of the workshop; specific stress on the participants during the study
