Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:no psychological treatment at least one month before entering the study; informed consent; reading and writing skills; age between 30 and 65 years. Exclusion criteria:Diagnosis of psychiatric illness; dependence and substance abuse; Lack of regular attendance at training sessions.
