Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (Inclusion criteria: A. Health Workers: Health worker working in a health house across Birjand county; provision of informed consent for participation. B. Population covered by health workers: age from 30 to 50 years; provision of informed consent for participation; no history of receiving education on diabetes; no mental problem or barrier to learning; no history of significant unpleasant incidence (such as loss of relatives, etc.) within the past 6 months; a minimum degree of high school diploma; not diabetic; and no diabetic family member.) (Exclusion criteria: A. Health Workers: Unwillingness to continue participation; occurrence or experience of an unexpected incidence or crisis that inhibits from proper cooperation; failure to gain a passing score on Team Member Teaching Design model. B. Population covered by health workers: Unwillingness to continue participation; occurrence or experience of an unexpected incidence or crisis that inhibits from proper cooperation; absence from educational sessions for one session.)
