Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease based on their spirometry who had dyspnea according to class 3-5 mmrc Exclusion criteria: Advanced heart failure; Severe osteoarthritis; Inability to walking;Tracheal stenosis
