The supplement group consumes 3 grams of leucine per meal for 8 weeks and 3 sessions each week.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Criteria: Male; Aged 60- 65; Having general physical and mental health. Exclusion criteria: Having a history of chronic disease (heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, kidney failure, cancer, diabetes, anemia and thyroid disease); Drug use or supplementation (such as corticosteroids and anabolic hormones); Inability to exercise; Having regular exercise history (3 times a week, more than 30 minutes).
