Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were 18 years of age or older and whose septum-anterior nasal spine connection was severely weakened or destroyed due to war injury, infection, trauma, and previous unsuccessful surgery and who needed to create a strong and permanent connection between the two parts

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of active sinusitis or any other significant disease were excluded from the study.

Amount of nasal projection (in millimeters). Timepoint: Three times before, immediately after, and 3 months after the operation. Method of measurement: In patient radiographs, it is measured in millimeters.;Degree of nasal rotation (nasolabial angle) (in degrees). Timepoint: Three times before, immediately after, and 3 months after the operation. Method of measurement: In radiographs of the patient, the angle is measured in degrees.;Columellar show(in millimeters). Timepoint: Three times before, immediately after, and 3 months after the operation. Method of measurement: In patient radiographs, it is measured in millimeters.;Distance from the center point of the base of the columella to a line passing through the center of the nasal tip (in millimeters). Timepoint: Distance from the center point of the base of the columella to a line passing through the center of the nasal tip (in millimeters).
