Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Have a bachelor's degree and higher;-At least one year of work experience; Inclination to participate in research; Nurses working in specialized care units Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue research and complete the press of the sheets; No attendance at the training session; Change the location of service at the time of research
