Intervention group: TENS electrodes will be placed at a height of 2 cm above the bottom of the sampling site (Radial artery, Cephalic vein). TENS frequency of 60 to 100 Hz is set.
Control group: Emla ointment is applied to the site one hour before the procedure at the site of Radial artery and Cephalic vein

30 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: No smoking; not using narcotics; being at the age of 30 to 50 years old; Healthy skin area; having the ability to understand the pain score and to answer the questions; absence of other pain reasons; No history of dangerous arrhythmia and pacemaker; No history of diabetes. Exclusion criteria: More than 5 times trying to do the procedure; absence of patient cooperation; Coagulation and bleeding problems at the sampling site.
