Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Students at Shahed University colleges, Age from 18 to 30 years,Bachelor, Not having medical problems affecting psychological functions such as hearing impairment and vision, Internal medicine and psychiatry, history of epilepsy, history of head trauma and absence of serious illnesses, Submitting personal consent Exclusion Criteria: Creates sensation of Black currant(Maviz) in person, Unwillingness to continue participating in the Project

Memory. Timepoint: Before the intervention, the end of the 4th & 8th week intervention. Method of measurement: N-BACK & WECHSLER Test.
