Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:a)Nurses with a bachelor's degree and higher degree in nursing and are interested to participating in the study; b) Nurses (employed or working on a contract ) working in Valiasr hospital for more than one year. Exclusion criteria:a) Subjects’ personal interest to leave the study.
