Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in research Lack of physical disability and disability that causes the inability to take pictures, such as blindness, deafness, inability to speak . Not taking psychiatric drugs Not suffering from any disease other than diabetes as confirmed by the attending physician and according to the contents of the medical record Age over 18 years Access to a smartphone with the ability to take pictures Not receiving formal and informal psychological treatment or counseling based on the patient's self-report Minimum reading and writing literacy Persian-speaking No addiction to drugs, alcohol and psychoactive substances based on the patient's self-report Adults with type 1 diabetes for at least 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hospitalization Unwillingness to continue cooperation Experiencing severe stress in the last 6 months based on the patient's self-report
