Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in research Adults with type 1 diabetes for at least 6 months Lack of physical disability and disability that causes the inability to take pictures, such as blindness, deafness, inability to speak. Minimum reading and writing literacy Not taking psychiatric drugs Persian-speaking No addiction to drugs, alcohol and psychoactive substances based on the patient's self-report Not suffering from any disease other than diabetes as confirmed by the attending physician and according to the contents of the medical record Age over 18 years Access to a smartphone with the ability to take pictures Not receiving formal and informal psychological treatment or counseling based on the patient's self-report

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hospitalization Unwillingness to continue cooperation Experiencing severe stress in the last 6 months based on the patient's self-report
