Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: healthy athletes that have aged 18 to 30 years without history of knee injury. Exclusion criteria: persons who have history of cardiovascular disease; diabetes; blood pressure; Orthopedic Disorders; pregnancy.
