Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: patients who candidate for orthopedic surgery Exclusion criteria: ASA anesthesia risk class 3 and higher; emergency surgery; history of opium, anticonvulsant and sedative drugs; patients with Parkinson; contraindication for lidocaine and magnesium sulfate
