Interventions

Intervention 1: The first intervention group (physical activity group) will take 45 to 60 minutes of walking and exercise for 5 weeks, 2 times each week. Intervention 2: The second intervention group

The first intervention group (physical activity group) will take 45 to 60 minutes of walking and exercise for 5 weeks, 2 times each week.
The second intervention group will receive 5 weeks group discussions of 70 to 90 minutes weekly.
The third intervention group will receive both physical activity and group discussion for 5 weeks.
The control group will receive routine clinical care only

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: At least one year and maximum 5 years past from their menopause; No history of hormone therapy in the last 6 months; No history of exercise in the past six months; Body mass index below 30; No diagnosis of mental disorders; Lack of history of surgery associated with physical activity; at least literacy. Exclusion criteria: Asthma in the study; Failure to follow the training sequence in more than 2 episodes; More than 2 absentee sessions in counseling sessions.
