Intervention 1: Intervention group: Septornioplasty and lower turbinate chamber surgery. Intervention 2: Control group: not doing Septornioplasty and lower turbinate chamber surgery.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age over 16 years Nasal congestion symptoms condidate for septorinoplasty Anatomical abnormality Such as septal deviation, inadequate nasal or rotational support, nasal or nasal valvulopathy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of septornioplasty surgery
