Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion major conditions: sleep quality score higher than 15; less than 45 in test score of SCL-25; volunteered to participate in the plan satisfied Exclusion major conditions: sleep quality score below 15; score higher than 45 on tests of mental disorder symptoms SCL-25.
