Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients with moderate to severe melasma; patients with type 2 to 4 Fitzpatrick moderate to severe melasma, patients with mental health who are able to give information in the research process; patients with their complete satisfaction to participate in the study. Exclusion criteria: patients with dermatitis in the place; Patients with unrealistic demands and expectations of treatment; Patients taking isotretinoin in the last 6 months; pregnant women; patients with a history of keloid; lactating women.
