Control group: Maltodextrin -Including orligosacharide with alpha- 1,4 and alpha 1,6 bonds Capsulated maltodextrine - each person receiving one capsule/day – -duration

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: The patients will be categorized based on the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) test, age (65-90) and sex. Exclusion criteria: any disease other than the cognitive problems in the patients such as metabolic disorders

Serum inflammatory factors. Timepoint: Before and 4 months after intervention. Method of measurement: measurments in serum through Elisa kits.
