Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria to study: 1. hospitalized in CCU of Vali Asr hospital that a definite diagnosis of myocardial infarction by specialist for their data is this patients with family live. 2. ejection fraction left ventricular is <40. 3. patient and family key person have at least literate. 4. people are over 30 years old. 5. the absence of variables in the recognition of intervention are: the absence of history of depression that lead to hospitalization or consumption of antidepressants by participants is, delirium, dementia disorders, forgotten, the absence of history of head injury to the way that lead to hematoma or dementia after hit is the absence of history of tumor and cerebral infarction, the absence of history of disorders and radiation therapy head neck, history of heavy metal toxicity and carbon monoxide, lack of the use of alcohol for more than one year a few times per day continuously so far, kidney disease and chronic liver, the absence of chronic infections( especially syphilis), the absence of disorders malabsorption and lack of drug psychiatric and sleeping regular or prescribed so lead to admission diagnosis by specialist is.( in the questionnaire demographic information these cases is checked). 6. the absence of disorders severe vision hearing so disturbed testing data collection is. 7. has a person supportive family age top of 18 years. 8. key member family based on said patient closest person to be patient. 8. informed consent having participants to attend study. Exclusion criteria from the study: 1. participants that of the cancel continue research during the study. 2. loss of the individual support participants during the study. 3- in 3 next month patient family planning lifestyle changes have( changes in the drug consumption diet and sports and total of the life- changing according to the way so far lived). 4. patient death.
