Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: aged of 25-35 years; not have regular exercise training during last year; not have metabolic or orthopedic disease Exclusion criteria: using weight loss supplements or drug over the last six month; have special diet; absence for more than three sessions of training; not regular usage of green coffee
