Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: our choice are Women aged 60 years and older covered by Iran University of Medical Sciences And their immediate family are invited to participate in this study. Inclusion criteria: The elderly tend to participate in study; The families who have elderly above 60 years of age; Full knowledge of time and space; Ability to respond to questions exclusion criteria: families who will not be in Tehran during the study period; Families who are not willing to participate in research
