Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with liver transplantation aged 18 to 80 consented patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Lactation kidney failure heart failure contraindications of empagliflozin or dapagliflozin systolic blood pressure less than 100 or more than 180 mm Hg Autoinflammatory diseases Malignancy Diabetes mellitus

MeasureTime frame
Acute organ rejection. Timepoint: before intervention, second week,4th week, 8th week, 12th week and 16th week after intervention. Method of measurement: biopsy.;Survival of transplanted tissue. Timepoint: at baseline, the third month and the sixth month after the intervention. Method of measurement: clinical assessment.

Effect of empagliflozin and dapagliflozin on the incidence of new diabetes mellitus following liver transplantation. Timepoint: at baseline, the third month and the sixth month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Measurement of hemoglobin A1C, fasting blood sugar and two-hour blood sugar.
