Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: mother’s age of 18-45 years (reproductive age) no history of acute or chronic diseases based on health records singleton pregnancy cephalic presentation of fetus full-term pregnancy filling out the informed consent form no substance abuse no history of infertility no fetal abnormalities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: unwillingness to participate use of narcotic during childbirth having a C-section intrauterine Meconium passage.
