Intervention 1: Control group: Administration of oral medication similar to the intervention drug once a day for 3 months. Intervention 2: Intervention group: Oral administration of a 100 mg Q 10 supp

Control group: Administration of oral medication similar to the intervention drug once a day for 3 months
Intervention group: Oral administration of a 100 mg Q 10 supplement (manufactured by Health Burs Corporation) once a day for 3 months

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Main inclusion criteria: End-stage renal failure patients with diabetes who have been undergoing dialysis maintenance for at least 6 months; No smoking at the time of the study; Blood pressure less than 180-100 mm Hg when entering the study. Major exclusion criteria: Antioxidant use at the time of entry; Acute renal failure; Hepatic failure; Cancer; infection of any type(catheter infection, urinary tract infections, etc.).
