Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women who provide informed consent. Have at least a high school education. Have experienced a minimum of one and a maximum of two prior cesarean deliveries. Be Iranian citizens residing in Mashhad. Own a smartphone with internet access. Have prior experience using electronic health services. Be between 28 and 38 weeks of gestation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in the study Have definitive indications for repeat cesarean section (e.g., breech presentation, twin pregnancy, medical indications, etc.).
