Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:at least 3 months of dialysis, people between 18 years to 65 years, at least do 2 times a week dialysis? full consciousness. Theinformed consent for participation in the study Exclusion criteria: have an allergy or sensitivity to the herbal produc, damage, loss or fracture of the upper layer of skin, creams relief of pain within 24 hours and hot water bags are used at the test site. During the last 6 hours any oral analgesics were used. Having diabetes and neuropathy and Venipuncture more than once trying to reach the shunt.The patient report (up to 3 hours of venipuncture) redness, discoloration, swelling, coldness, local thrombophlebitis and other skin damage.
