Intervention 1: study group: kinesio taping(using 20% stretch of kinesio tape) on orbicularis oris. masseter, mylohyoid and sternohyoid muscles for 1hour 5 days a week plus 5 minutes oral-motor traini
Rehabilitation
study group: kinesio taping(using 20% stretch of kinesio tape) on orbicularis oris. masseter, mylohyoid and sternohyoid muscles for 1hour 5 days a week plus 5 minutes oral-motor training twice a day.
Control group: the other controle group would recive only OMT training every day as is subscribed in other groups
will receive 5 minutes oral-motor training twice a day like the study group and placebo is using kinesio tape without any stretch on the same mentioned muscles as the study group for the same time(1 h

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: The medical diagnosis of mental retardation; having drooling, older than 4years old; Being in the GMFCS=1. Exclusion criteria: intelligence quotient less than 35; having spasticity in oral and face; Any severe or progressive disease with mental retardation; botulinum toxin injection during the last year or any surgery and pharmacotherapy for sialorrhea treatment; head and neck radiotherapy, skin irritation to kinesio tape.
