Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with ASA class 1 and 2 Patients candidate for laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic underlying disease Patients with history of alcohol and drug use, sedation and anticonvulsants History sensitivity to drugs

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pain. Timepoint: 1, 6 and 12 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: VAS score.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Nausea & vomiting. Timepoint: After surgery. Method of measurement: Observation.;Systolic and Diastolic Blood Pressure. Timepoint: 1 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Barometer.;Heart Rate. Timepoint: 1 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Using a pulse oximeter.
