Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Pregnant women (18 to 35 years old) Candidate for elective cesarean section, In class I physical health classification of the American Society of Anesthesia. All women had singleton term pregnancies. Exclusion Criteria: Mothers with a history of hypertension? Diabetes? cardiovascular and cerebral diseases? known fetal anomaly? any kind of contraindications for spinal anesthesia? psychosomatic Disorder? Patients weighting over 100 Kg and Height less than 150 cm and those with difficult tracheal intubation
