Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients with heart failure and LVEF less than 35 %; Wide QRS (more than 120 ms) with LBBB pattern; no response to medical therapy; Patient without COPD; Patients without severe MR. Exclusion criteria: Surgical lead placement; Congenital heart diseases;Valvular heart disease; Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy; Atrial fibrilation
