Conditions

Menopause. Symptoms such as flushing, sleeplessness, headache, lack of concentration, associated with menopause

Interventions

Intervention 1: The control group just will receive the usual care of center. Intervention 2: The intervention group once a week (8 sessions, if necessary, will be increased to 10 sessions) for 90-70
Behavior
The intervention group once a week (8 sessions, if necessary, will be increased to 10 sessions) for 90-70 minutes will receive cognitive-behavioral group counseling.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Having natural menopause; Lack dementia; Lack of husband sexual dysfunction according to one asserted; Lack of family and marital conflict; Lack of heart and lung disease; Residing in the Kermanshah city. Exclusion criteria: No participation in two or more sessions of counseling; Use of hormone therapy during the study; Any crisis in life during the study that make the patients physiological and subjective situation unfavorable

Method of measurement: Based on The Menopausal Specific Quality of Life Questionnaire (MENQOL).;Sexual satisfaction. Timepoint: Beginning of the study, one month after the end of the study. Method of measurement: Based on sexual satisfaction questionnaires (SSSW).
