Inclusion criteria: All ?End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) patients who are hemodialized using tunneled catheters .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of patient collaboration Patients who use f tarolock solution Patients who are candidates for antibiotic prescription for any other reason .
