Intervention 1: Intervention group: The first group patients are their chests closed with pericostal sutures (stitches are placed on top of the fifth rib and on top of the seventh rib). Intervention 2
Prevention
Intervention group: The first group patients are their chests closed with pericostal sutures (stitches are placed on top of the fifth rib and on top of the seventh rib)
Intervention group: the second group patients are their chest closed with intracostal sutures (stitches will place through small holes drilled in the bed of fifth and sixth ribs).

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with thoracotomy indication Patients 18 to 75 years old Consent to participate up to the end study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Addiction Chronic pain and/or long-term use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or analgesics Cancer invasion into the chest wall Loss of consciousness
