Control group: this group will receive a regular diet for 6 months and 24 hour recall method will be used to evaluate the diet and percentage of carbohydrate.State of ketosis will be checked weekly

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age between 20 and 70 years, Advanced, metastatic, solid mass (tumor) cancer Patients, those can tolerate this diet. Exclusion criteria: Patient's cancer recovery cannot be measured clearly, such as leukemia, skin Patients those cannot tolerate this diet. Patients with Heart disease or diabetes

Tumor size. Timepoint: pre intervention. after 3 months and 6 months post intervention. Method of measurement: CT scan.;Increase in metastasis. Timepoint: pre intervention. after 3 months and 6 months post intervention. Method of measurement: CT scan.;Patient's weight. Timepoint: pre intervention. after 3 months and 6 months post intervention. Method of measurement: kilogram.;Degree of depression. Timepoint: pre and post intervention.
