Intervention 1: intervention: topical Barij Vinoscin gel, 2 times a day (Massage) for 2 week. Intervention 2: Control: topical placebo gel, 2 times a day (Massage) for 2 week.

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: patients with varicose veins? without active lesions (grades 1 to 5) referred to Beheshti Kashan hospital Exclusion criteria: Age more than 75? pregnancy? lactation? BMI more than 35

Method of measurement: CEAP (Clinical-Etiology-Anatomy-Pathophysiology) classification.;Signs: edema (below the knee, above the knee, ankle), skin discoloration, superficial thrombosis, venous rupture. Timepoint: Baseline and End-of-trial. Method of measurement: Observation.;Symptoms: Pain, swelling, itching, feeling of heaviness in the legs. Timepoint: 0, 3, 7, 10, 14 day.
