Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Literate pregnant women who were referred to Arak's Treatment Health Centers assigned for sampling. Exclusion criteria: unwillingness to continue participation in this study; being absent more than two sessions in educational classes.
